1. Delivery Locations

We currently offer delivery in select areas. Please confirm availability of delivery service at your location before placing an order. You can contact us for more details about our serviceable pin codes.

2. Shipping Charges

• Local Deliveries: A nominal delivery fee may apply depending on your distance from our dispatch location and order value.

• Free Delivery: We may offer free delivery on orders above a specified amount. Please refer to current offers on our website or promotional materials.

3. Delivery Time

• Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days, depending on product availability and delivery location.

• Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

• We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.

4. Order Processing

• Orders received before 4:00 PM are typically processed the same day.

• Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

• You will receive a confirmation call or message once your order is dispatched.

5. Delivery Attempts

• Our delivery team will contact you before attempting delivery.

• If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or no response, we will attempt to contact you once more.

• After two failed attempts, the order may be canceled without refund for perishable items.

6. Receiving Your Order

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

• Check your items at the time of delivery and report any issues immediately.

• For contactless delivery, please inform us in advance.

7. Delays and Disruptions

• Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, traffic, festivals, or strikes. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

• We will notify you of any delay and provide an updated delivery time.
