1. Return Policy

a. Perishable Items (Fruits, Vegetables, Fresh Produce):

• Returns are not accepted for perishable goods once delivered.

• In case the product is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

• Delayed complaints may not be eligible for return or refund.

b. Non-Perishable Items (Packaged Grains, Grocery Products):

• Returns may be accepted if:

  • The product is defective or expired.

  • The product received is different from what was ordered.

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

• Approved complaints related to damaged, expired, or incorrect items.

• Non-delivery due to service issues from our end.

• Cancellation of prepaid orders before dispatch.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or as store credit (as preferred by the customer).

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request:

1. Contact us via email or phone within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Provide your order ID, product name, issue details, and supporting photo/video proof.

3. Our team will review the request and respond within 1–2 business days.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched by contacting our support team.

• Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible for perishable items.

• Refunds for canceled prepaid orders will be processed as per the refund timeline above.

5. Important Notes

• We reserve the right to approve or deny refund and return requests based on our internal quality check and delivery records.

• Abuse of return/refund policies may lead to restriction of services for the concerned user.
